The management team consists of three partners who manage the organisation and who are ultimately responsible for all projects that we implement under the ‘Dok architects’ name.
Herman Zeinstra and Liesbeth van der Pol are the designing partners, each with their own recognisable signatures. Martin Fredriks deals with the day-to-day management and is responsible for the general operational management and contracting. Projectarchitect Patrick Cannon is also a member of the MT. The MT jointly monitors the overall planning, quality and acquisition.

Making sketches, watercolours, 3D-models, renderings and models play an important part in our design process. We have the newest computers and software available.
Our project drawings are prepared using various 3D software packages, which interface with the model workshop via our model-cutting CNC milling machine.
Moreover, our atelier is equipped with an extensive up-to-date architectural and technical library and its own reprographics area.

With approximately thirty employees, we work on diverse assignments, such as residential dwellings, industrial and commercial buildings, schools, shopping centres, industrial buildings, interiors, urban development planning and supervision.
We all work together in one large open space, have lunch together each day, regularly go on excursions, and organise debates and discussion evenings.
